The data manager shall provide information upon the request of the subject of data management in writing within the shortest time possible but not later than within 25 days, in plain language.

Should the personal data not comply with reality and the true personal data are available for the data manager, the data manager shall correct the personal data.

For Beauty Esthetic Center shall compensate the damage caused to others by the unlawful handling of the data of the respective person or by violating the requirements of data security, and shall also pay if the data manager or the data processing party hired by the data manager have committed privacy violation, however, the data manager is exempt from liability for damages and payment of grievance fees if it proves that the damage or violation of the right of privacy in question was caused by forces beyond the scope of data management. Likewise, the damage will not be reimbursed if the damage resulted from intentional or grossly negligent behavior of the respective party.

The fact that the data management complies with the requirements set forth in regulation or in a binding act of the European Union on the management of personal data shall be verified by the data manager and/or the data processing party.
